Fundora Cap challenges and funded stages may operate in simulated or demo environments. Slippage, spreads, liquidity, depth of book, and fills may differ from live brokerage conditions. Latency, weekend gaps, and news spikes may behave differently than in a live account. Success in simulation does not guarantee success in live markets or future evaluations.

Prices can gap around economic releases, central-bank decisions, geopolitical events, weekends, and illiquid sessions. Stop-loss orders may fill at worse prices than requested during volatile conditions. Crypto and index markets can move abruptly. Correlated positions can amplify drawdowns across multiple instruments.

Holding positions through rollover, thin liquidity, or weekend gaps can produce unexpected losses relative to your risk plan. Some programs restrict weekend holding; always check your program rules.

Platforms, price feeds, internet connectivity, power, and third-party services can fail or delay. You are responsible for monitoring open risk and for having a plan if your primary device goes offline. We are not liable for losses arising from outages beyond our reasonable control.

Failing to follow program rules (daily loss, max drawdown, consistency, news restrictions, EA rules, copy-trading bans, hedging bans, etc.) can result in failed evaluations without refund. Many traders fail because they misunderstand how drawdown is calculated (static vs trailing) or when the daily window resets. Read your program rules before trading a single lot.

Evaluation pressure can lead to overtrading, revenge trading, increasing size after losses, and abandoning a tested plan. Traders should maintain written risk plans, daily stop criteria, and realistic expectations about pass rates. Social-media highlight reels are not representative of typical outcomes.

Like any commercial service provider, a prop firm faces operational, financial, and legal risks. While we aim to process eligible rewards according to published schedules, no online service can eliminate all business risk. Diversify your personal finances accordingly; do not depend on a single payout stream for essential expenses.
